Clinical Supervision

Gemma has over 10 years experience working as a mental health clinician and team leader. During that time she has provided a range of clinical supervision and mentoring for occupational therapists and other allied health professionals. Within a safe space, supervision with Gemma utilises reflective practice and a systemic lens to assist clinicians to treat clients with a range of issues, including but not limited to:
  • Eating disorders
  • Relational issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Sensory Processing and Modulation
It is critically important that clinicians look after themselves as well as their clients. Therefore, sessions also focus on managing clinician burn-out, physical and mental well-being, occupational balance, and navigating systemic issues within the workplace.
