Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing using a gentle hands-on touch to treat the mind, body, emotions and spirit.  It works with the body’s energy field to unblock energy centres and promote balance, reduce anxiety and stress, and assist the healing of physical and mental ailments. 
During a Reiki session you can expect to feel a sense of calm, relaxation and emotional release.  For some people this will be a strong feeling, and for others it may be subtle.  You may also experience sensations such as tingling, heat, or a greater awareness of areas and tension in your body.   
Reiki has a range of physical and emotional benefits, including; improved mood and emotional well-being, reduced stress and anxiety symptoms in the body and mind, improved sleep, greater connection to the self, balanced chakra system.  
The reiki session will be begin by getting to know you and your intention for the healing so it is helpful to come prepared with this in mind.
