Individual treatment provides psychological support to individuals with a focus on reflecting on past and present experiences to help them move forward into the future. By helping individuals develop skills and knowledge to support their treatment goals, I aim to empower clients to be their own healer and reach their full potential. Sessions last 50 minutes and the number of sessions depends on the individuals goals.  Sessions available in person, online and outreach/ home visits.
