Family therapy groups explore and deepen participants awareness of their family system influences to heal trans- generational trauma, anxiety, and let go of familial conditioning and limiting beliefs. Each week we will cover a different topic drawing from theories and approaches from systemic family therapy, family constellations, internal family systems and attachment theory.

This is a closed group ideal for those individuals seeking to understand more about their relationships with themselves and others.
